For children

The museum is child-friendly with many activities to keep children of all ages entertained.

Children’s activities include:

Museum trail quiz available free from the ticket desk
Children’s play tables with games, puzzles and colouring
Touch-screen computers with loads of information
Ship’s speaking tubes to make contact from one end of the museum to the other and experience sound delays
Holiday fun activities (ring for details of dates etc)
Gardens with play area
